The Institute of Technology, Tralee (ITT) has participated in a number of EU and national programmes as a
partner and as the Applicant. The ITT staff has many national and international networks that would be
suitable to disseminate the core ideas of this project. It is also not discipline specific which will
make piloting and dissemination easier.

ITT has been at the forefront of learning since its establishment and has since, gained a reputation as a
centre of distinction for teaching, learning and research. The Institute offers a range of full-time and
part-time courses ranging from foundation level, through to certificate, degree, post-graduate and
doctoral level. Enhancing the taught programmes at the Institute is a world class programme of research.
Based on two campuses, both within easy access to the town centre, the Institute has a well-deserved
reputation for friendliness and success. With a community of over 3,500 students and over 250 academic
staff, consisting of a diverse mix of home, EU and overseas students, you are guaranteed a warm welcome
at the Institute. Located alongside the Kerry Technology Park the Institute has fostered close links
with companies based in the park. Our multi-million Euro Masterplan has already seen significant
developments in sporting, teaching and research.

Association of Higher Education Careers Services

The Association of Higher Education Careers Services (AHECS) is the professional association of careers
advisory and placement professionals in higher education in Ireland. Included among the membership is 27
Universities, Higher Education Institutes and Institutes of Technology on the island of Ireland (north
and south). Together third level careers services support 180,000 students studying in the higher
education sector – 50,000 of whom are preparing for graduation. The details of the association members,

labour market giving a wide range of qualifications to unemployed people. The main fields are: soft

seeker seminars and EU projects. More than 15.000 people participate in their programmes each year.

Qualitas Forum Srl is a training and development agency that has been operating since 1998 in training
and is accredited in all areas of training and guidance by the Tuscany Region and is ISO 9001 certified.
Qualitas works in training and consulting, specializing in continuing education (life-long learning) for
the public administration, tourism, health care sectors, innovation and stainability and teacher
training. We also create and carry out projects aimed toward adult work placement and reintegration into
the work force after periods of absence with a particular focus on women. We have a lot of experience in
business start-up and have gained a great deal of skills in Corporate Social Responsibility. We deal
with the development of small and micro enterprises and self-employment. Qualitas also deals with the
training of teachers and trainers.

Plovdiv University “Paisii Hilendarski”

Plovdiv, Bulgaria

The Paisii Hilendarski University of Plovdiv is the city’s leading teaching, research, scientific and
cultural center. It is the largest institution of higher education in Southern Bulgaria and the second
largest Bulgarian university. It provides training to students in the five major fields of higher
education: natural sciences, formal sciences, humanities, social studies, and economics. On average,
over 15, 000 students are enrolled in the university each year, including students from other countries
on Erasmus or other mobility programs. University’s 9 faculties offer a wide range of programs leading
to Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctor’s degrees.

The Center for Languages and Intercultural Communication (CLIC) is a structure within the Faculty of
Languages and Literature of the University of Plovdiv set up to promote effective language learning and
intercultural communication. It provides high-quality services based on research into language, culture,
and communication.

providing e-learning and ICT services. It deals with: trainings, developing programs and training
materials, counselling, designing web pages and e-learning systems. Specifically, technical staff has
capability to develop any modern web and mobile application, utilizing database technologies, web
servers, application servers and so on. That includes social and cloud services, both from client and
server side. Danmar’s resources include hosting-grade Internet uplink and well equipped server room,
together with software and hardware assets needed for development of software, e-learning content
production, etc.

Global Village

Kielce, Poland

Global Village has been running language schools since 1992. The schools were one of the first in Poland to be accredited by the Ministry of Education and Polish Association for Standards in Language Education. GV was awarded European Language Label in 2007 for a series of over 400 radio lessons of English and Comenius EduMedia Award in 2014 for its own EU funded project. Global Village participates in international projects as a partner or applicant since 2008.
